Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics
(Outsourced Tests — Exemption)
Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21 and 22(1) of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Outsourced Tests — Exemption) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 9 December 2020.

Exemption

2. Regulation 55(2) of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Regulations (Rg 1) does not apply to National University Hospital (Singapore) Pte Ltd in relation to the outsourcing of any test specified in the second column of the Schedule, to the foreign laboratory specified opposite in the first column.
