Appointment of Licensing Officer
and Assistant Licensing Officers

It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Private Investigation and Security Agencies Act, the Minister for Home Affairs has appointed —

(a)	the Assistant Director Operations (Licensing), Police Headquarters, to be the Licensing Officer; and
(b)	the Operations Officer, Licensing and the Officer-in-charge General Licensing Unit, Licensing Division, Police Headquarters, to be Assistant Licensing Officers,

for the purposes of the Act, with effect from 19th April 2000.

2. Notification No. N 1 (2000 Ed.) is cancelled.
