Regulations 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Pharmacists Registration Act, the Singapore Pharmacy Council, with the approval of the Minister for Health, hereby makes the following Regulations:
PART I
PRELIMINARY
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Pharmacists Registration (Registration of Pharmacists) Regulations 2013 and shall come into operation on 5th March 2013.
Definition
2.  In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires, “medical practitioner” means a person registered under the Medical Registration Act (Cap. 174).
