Property Tax (Valuation of Properties of the Housing and Development Board) Order

The Minister for Finance hereby orders that, with effect from 1st April 1992, the Housing and Development Board shall, in lieu of the property tax payable under the Property Tax Act, pay to the Government half-yearly in advance without demand, in the months of January and July each year, a sum by way of contribution and calculated in the manner specified in the Schedule.
