(Composition of Offences)
Regulations 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 96 of the Platform Workers Act 2024, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Platform Workers (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 1 November 2024.

Offences compoundable under section 90(1) of Act

2. An offence under section 7(2), 84(2) or (3) or 85(2) of the Act may be compounded by the Commissioner in accordance with section 90(1) of the Act.

Offences compoundable under section 90(2) of Act

3. An offence under section 61(10), 63(7) or 68(1) of the Act may be compounded by the Commissioner in accordance with section 90(2) of the Act.
