(Exemption) (No. 3)
Order 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Remote Gambling Act 2014, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Remote Gambling (Exemption) (No. 3) Order 2015.

Definitions

2. In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires —

“draw” means the draw to be held on 21 July 2015 pursuant to the game;

“Emirates Singapore Derby website” means the website at http://www.derby.sg;

“game” means the “Match & Win” game, for participation by members of the STC Facebook Fan Page, which is to be made available from 26 June 2015 to 13 July 2015 (both dates inclusive);

“STC” means the Singapore Turf Club;

“STC Facebook Fan Page” means the website at http://www.facebook.com/SGTurfClub.

Exemption

3.—(1) The STC is exempt from sections 11, 15 and 17 of the Act in respect of the game and the draw.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the STC with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
