(Health Promotion Board — Exemption) (No. 4)
Order 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Remote Gambling Act 2014, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order is the Remote Gambling (Health Promotion Board — Exemption) (No. 4) Order 2019.
Definitions
2.  In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires —
“draw” means any draw to be held as part of the promotion at 3 Second Hospital Avenue, Singapore 168937 at 2 p.m. on the following dates:
(a)14 January 2020;
(b)11 February 2020;
(c)17 March 2020;
(d)14 April 2020;
(e)12 May 2020;
“organiser” means the Health Promotion Board established by section 3 of the Health Promotion Board Act (Cap. 122B);
“promotion” means the promotion called “National Step Challengeᵀᴹ Season 5 Community Challenge” that is to be made available from 2 December 2019 to 26 April 2020 (both dates inclusive) on the Healthy 365 mobile application platform maintained by the organiser;
“public accountant” has the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Accountants Act (Cap. 2).
Exemption
3.—(1)  The organiser is exempt from sections 11, 13, 15 and 17 of the Act in respect of the promotion and the draws.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
