| 1. These Rules may be cited as the Residential Property (Composition of Offences) Rules. |

| 2. The offences referred to in sections 12 (2), 15(2) and 17(2) of the Act may be compounded by the Controller of Residential Property in accordance with section 36A of the Act. |
