| 1. This Order is the Resource Sustainability (Beverage Container Return Scheme (BCRS) Ltd. — Exemption) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 12 July 2024. |

| 2. Beverage Container Return Scheme (BCRS) Ltd. is exempt from regulation 17 of the Resource Sustainability (Producer Responsibility Schemes) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 96/2021) for the period from 12 July 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive). |
