| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations are the Resource Sustainability (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 1 January 2020. |
| Compoundable offences |
| 2. The offences under sections 8(2), 13(4) and (8), 14(3) and (6), 15(3) and (6), 16(4), 17(3), 18(3), 20(4), 21(3), 22(3), 23(3) and 34(3) of the Act (other than a continuing offence) may be compounded by an authorised officer in accordance with section 49 of the Act.
