Police Officers to Exercise Powers
of Deputy Commissioner of Police

The Deputy Commissioner of Police has authorised the following police officers of the Traffic Department of the Singapore Police Force to exercise the powers vested in the Deputy Commissioner of Police by sections 85, 87, 94, 95 and 123 of the Road Traffic Act or by any rules made thereunder:

(a)	the Commander, the Head of Operations and the Head, Administration of the Traffic Department;
(b)	the Officer-in-Charge, the Assistant Officer-in-Charge, the Senior Investigation Officer and the Investigation Officers of the Traffic Investigation Section;
(c)	the Officer-in-Charge, the Senior Routine Officer and the Routine Officers of the Violation Reports Section; and
(d)	the Officer-in-Charge and the Inspectors of the Traffic Management Section.
