Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) (Exemption) Order

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) (Exemption) Order.

Exemption

2. The Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules 2015 (G.N. No. S 226/2015) (except rules 3, 4 and 7(1)(a) to (e) of, and the Second Schedule to, those Rules) do not apply to the following vehicles:

(a)	ambulances (including ambulances owned by the Ministry of Defence);
(b)	fire engines;
(c)	police vehicles;
(d)	any motor vehicle operated by the Singapore Civil Defence Force for use in a civil defence emergency (as defined in section 2 of the Civil Defence Act (Cap. 42)); [S 131/2017 wef 01/04/2017]
(e)	any vehicle being towed by another vehicle.
