| Citation |
| 1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Road Pricing) Rules. |
| Definitions |
2. In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires —

| Road pricing licence required during restricted hours |
| Application and issue of licence |
| 4. Upon application being made and upon payment of the prescribed fee, the Registrar or an authorised officer shall issue a road pricing licence in such form as the Registrar may approve. |
| Prescribed fee |
5. The fee for a road pricing licence issued under rule 4 shall be —

| Refund of fee — monthly road pricing licence |
6.—(1) A holder of a monthly road pricing licence may, at any time before the expiry of the licence, surrender his licence and apply for a refund of the fee paid for the unexpired period of the licence.

7. The road pricing licence shall be affixed —

| 8. A sign as described in the Second Schedule shall be placed at the approach to a specified entry point on a road. |

9. The following vehicles shall be exempted from the provisions of these Rules:
