| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Preservation of Monuments Order 2000 and shall come into operation on 12th January 2000. |
| Monument |
| 2. The monument specified in the Schedule is hereby placed under the protection of the Preservation of Monuments Board. |
