Charities (Amendment) Act 2018
(Commencement) Notification 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Charities (Amendment) Act 2018, the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Charities (Amendment) Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2019.
2.  Sections 12 and 13 of the Charities (Amendment) Act 2018 come into operation on 1 March 2019.
