(Commencement) Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act 2018, the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2018.

2. The Co‑operative Societies (Amendment) Act 2018, except sections 12, 13, 23(a), 26, 32, 33(i), 42 and 67(1), comes into operation on 10 April 2018.
