| 2. The CareShield Life and Long‑Term Care Act 2019, except sections 3, 4, 16, 18 to 21, 35, 36, 50, 58, 59, 65, 66 and 67 and Parts 2 to 5 and 7, comes into operation on 2 January 2020. |
