Subordinate Courts Notification 2002

It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Subordinate Courts Act, the President has appointed the premises at No. 3 Havelock Square, Singapore 059725, as Court Houses for the following Subordinate Courts, with effect from 1st October 2001:

(a)	District Courts;
(b)	Magistrates’ Courts;
(c)	Juvenile Courts;
(d)	Coroners’ Courts;
(e)	Small Claims Tribunals.

2. Paragraph 2 of the Subordinate Courts (Consolidation) Notification (N 2) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (b).
