| Citation |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Sale of Drugs (Prohibited Substance — Rhodamine B) Regulations. |
| Prohibited substance |
| 2. No person shall import, manufacture, sell or advertise any cosmetics or toilet preparations containing Rhodamine B (D&C Red No. 19). |
| Penalty |
| 3. Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with regulation 2 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000. |
