Singapore Sports Council (Rates and Charges) Regulations 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Singapore Sports Council Act, the Singapore Sports Council, with the approval of the Minister for Community Development and Sports, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Singapore Sports Council (Rates and Charges) Regulations 2003.

Fees

2. There shall be paid to the Singapore Sports Council for the use of the facilities and fitness services described therein —

(a)	from 1st October 2003 to 30th June 2004 (both dates inclusive), the appropriate fees and charges specified in the First Schedule; and
(b)	from 1st July 2004, the appropriate fees and charges specified in the Second Schedule.

Revocation

3. The Singapore Sports Council (Rates and Charges) Regulations (Rg 4) are revoked, with effect from 1st October 2003.
