| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Singapore Totalisator Board (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2013 and shall come into operation on 12th July 2013. |
| Compoundable offences |
| 2. Any offence under regulation 8 of the Singapore Totalisator Board (Advertisements) Regulations 2010 (G.N. No. S 786/2010) may be compounded by a public officer authorised by the Minister, in accordance with section 20A(1) of the Act. |
