| 1. This Notification is the Telecommunications (Designated Business Trust) Notification 2017 and comes into operation on 19 July 2017. |

| 2. The Authority declares NetLink NBN Trust to be a designated business trust for the purposes of Part VA of the Act. |

| 3. The Telecommunications (Designated Business Trust) Notification 2012 (G.N. No. S 191/2012) is cancelled. |
