(Places of Temporary Care and Protection
and Places of Safety) Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Vulnerable Adults Act 2018, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Vulnerable Adults (Places of Temporary Care and Protection and Places of Safety) Notification 2018 and comes into operation on 19 December 2018.

Places of temporary care and protection and places of safety

2. The Minister designates —

(a)	the premises specified in Part 1 of the Schedule as places of temporary care and protection; and
(b)	the premises specified in Part 2 of the Schedule as places of safety.
