| 1. These Rules may be cited as the Matrimonial Proceedings (Fees) Rules. |

| 2. These Rules shall be read in conjunction with the Matrimonial Proceedings Rules [R 4]. |
| Fees in matrimonial proceedings |
| 3. The fees chargeable in respect of matrimonial proceedings under the Women’s Charter shall be as specified in the Schedule. |
| Fees on appeals in matrimonial proceedings |
| 4. The fees chargeable in respect of appeals to the Court of Appeal in matrimonial proceedings shall be as specified in items 121 to 125 of Appendix B to the Rules of the Supreme Court [Cap. 322, R 5]. |
