Citation
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Matrimonial Proceedings (Fees) Rules.
Rules to be read with Matrimonial Proceedings Rules
2.  These Rules shall be read in conjunction with the Matrimonial Proceedings Rules [R 4].
Fees in matrimonial proceedings
3.  The fees chargeable in respect of matrimonial proceedings under the Women’s Charter shall be as specified in the Schedule.
Fees on appeals in matrimonial proceedings
4.  The fees chargeable in respect of appeals to the Court of Appeal in matrimonial proceedings shall be as specified in items 121 to 125 of Appendix B to the Rules of the Supreme Court [Cap. 322, R 5].
