Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 6) (Amendment) Order 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(13) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 6) (Amendment) Order 2002 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 3rd December 2001.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 6) Order 2001 (G.N. No. S 541/2001) is amended by deleting the words “Merita Bank Plc (formerly known as NCF Bank Plc)” and substituting the words “Nordea Bank Finland Plc”.
