(a) For COVID-19 related queries — please contact the Ministry of Health ("MOH") at 1800 333 9999 or check the COVID-19 FAQs at MOH's website.
(b) For feedback/queries about any government policy or regulation — please contact directly the government agency in charge of the matter. If you do not know which government agency is in charge of the matter, you can submit your feedback to REACH and REACH will send your feedback to the relevant government agency.
(c) For online reporting of any criminal offence/activity — please use the Singapore Police Force's e-Services or i-Witness.
(d) For legal advice/assistance on any matter — please consult a lawyer (see also FAQ A1).
