(Amendment No. 2) Rules 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 93 of the Moneylenders Act 2008, the Minister for Law makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Moneylenders (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2024 and come into operation on 1 May 2024.
Amendment of rule 9
2.  In the Moneylenders Rules 2009 (G.N. No. S 72/2009), in rule 9(5)(b), replace “and Financing of Terrorism” with “, Terrorism Financing and Proliferation Financing”.
