| Martial Arts Instruction (Amendment) Regulations 1996 |

| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Martial Arts Instruction (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st October 1996. [Rg 1.] [G.N. Nos.] [S 134/92] [S 428/95] |
| 2. Regulation 2(5) of the Martial Arts Instruction Regulations (referred to in these Regulations as the principal Regulations) is amended by deleting “$150” and substituting “$210”. |
| 3. Regulation 3(1) of the principal Regulations is amended by deleting “$20” in sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) and substituting in each case “$30”. |
| 4. Regulation 5(4) of the principal Regulations is amended by deleting “$20” and substituting “$28”. |
| 5. Regulation 9(4) of the principal Regulations is amended by deleting “$110” and substituting “$120”. |
| 6. Regulation 10 of the principal Regulations is amended by deleting “$15” at the end thereof and substituting “$20”. |
| 7. Regulation 15(2) of the principal Regulations is amended by deleting “$30” and substituting “$40”. |
