(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 48(3) of the Building Control Act 1989, the Minister for National Development makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Building Control (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 15 June 2024.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  In the Building Control (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2012 (G.N. No. S 443/2012), in regulation 2(e), replace “section 11(2)(c) or (4)” with “section 11(2)(aa) or (c) or (4)”.
