(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 33 of the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea Act 1990, the Minister for Transport makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 1 January 2025.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  In the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 6), in the Schedule, replace item (f) with —
“(f)Regulation 7 of the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Garbage) Regulations 2012 (G.N. No. S 663/2012).”.
