(Commencement) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Resource Sustainability (Amendment) Act 2023, the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Resource Sustainability (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) Notification 2024.
2.  Section 7(1) of the Resource Sustainability (Amendment) Act 2023 comes into operation on 7 March 2024.
3.  Section 7(2) of the Resource Sustainability (Amendment) Act 2023 comes into operation on 8 March 2024.
