In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Significant Investments Review Act 2024, the Minister for Trade and Industry makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Significant Investments Review Act 2024 (Commencement) Notification 2024.
2.  The Significant Investments Review Act 2024 comes into operation on 28 March 2024.
