(Commencement) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Stillbirths and Births (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2024, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Stillbirths and Births (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2024 (Commencement) Notification 2024.
2.  The Stillbirths and Births (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2024, except sections 9 and 16(1), comes into operation on 16 April 2024.
