(Amendment) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(1) of the Public Entertainments Act 1958, the Minister for Communications and Information makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Public Entertainments and Meetings (Security) (Arts Entertainment Licensing Officer) (Amendment) Notification 2024 and is deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.
Amendment of paragraph 1
2.  In the Public Entertainments and Meetings (Security) (Arts Entertainment Licensing Officer) Notification 2014 (G.N. No. S 883/2014), in paragraph 1, delete “and Meetings”.
