(Commencement) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Societies (Amendment) Act 2023, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Societies (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) Notification 2024.
2.  The Societies (Amendment) Act 2023 comes into operation on 2 May 2024.
