(Fees) (Amendment No. 2)
Rules 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61(1) of the Planning Act 1998, the Minister for National Development makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Planning (Fees) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2024 and come into operation on 3 May 2024.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  In the Planning (Fees) Rules 2014 (G.N. No. S 537/2014), in the First Schedule —
(a)in item 22, in the second column, replace “$4,815” with “$4,500”;
(b)in item 44, in the second column, replace “$1,070” with “$1,000”;
(c)in item 45, in the second column, replace “$321” with “$300”;
(d)in item 46(a) and (b), in the second column, replace “$2,140” with “$2,180”;
(e)in item 46(c) and (e), in the second column, replace “$5,350” with “$5,450”; and
(f)in item 46(d), in the second column, replace “$3,210” with “$3,270”.
