(Commencement) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Mental Capacity (Amendment) Act 2024, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Mental Capacity (Amendment) Act 2024 (Commencement) Notification 2024.
2.  The Mental Capacity (Amendment) Act 2024 comes into operation on 4 May 2024.
