Financial Advisers (Amendment) Act 2015
(Commencement) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Financial Advisers (Amendment) Act 2015, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Mr Lawrence Wong, the Minister charged with the responsibility for the Financial Advisers Act 2001, makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Financial Advisers (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) Notification 2024.
2.  Section 7(a) of the Financial Advisers (Amendment) Act 2015 comes into operation on 10 May 2024.
