(Amendment) Regulations 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 36 and 411(1) of the Companies Act 1967, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Companies (Model Constitutions) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 10 May 2024.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. In the Companies (Model Constitutions) Regulations 2015 (G.N. No. S 833/2015), in the First Schedule, in regulation 76(d) —

(a)

after sub‑paragraph (iv), insert —

“(iva)

section 48 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2022;”; and

(b)

delete sub‑paragraph (vi).

Amendment of Second Schedule

3. In the Companies (Model Constitutions) Regulations 2015, in the Second Schedule, in regulation 35(d) —

(a)

after sub‑paragraph (iv), insert —

“(iva)

section 48 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2022;”; and

(b)

delete sub‑paragraph (vi).
