(Amendment) Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(2)(r) of the Singapore Food Agency Act 2019, the Singapore Food Agency makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Singapore Food Agency (Certification Marks) (Amendment) Notification 2022 and comes into operation on 31 January 2022.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Singapore Food Agency (Certification Marks) Notification 2019 (G.N. No. S 283/2019) is amended by deleting the full‑stop at the end of sub‑paragraph (d) and substituting a semi‑colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub‑paragraph:
“(e)the Laboratory Recognition Programme Certification Mark set out in Part 5 of the Schedule.”.
Amendment of Schedule
3.  The Schedule to the Singapore Food Agency (Certification Marks) Notification 2019 is amended by inserting, immediately after Part 4, the following Part:
“Part 5
Laboratory Recognition Programme
Certification Mark
”.
