(COVID-19 Access Restrictions and Clearance)
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act 1976, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (COVID‑19 Access Restrictions and Clearance) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 26 January 2022.

Amendment of regulation 8A

2. Regulation 8A(5) of the Infectious Diseases (COVID‑19 Access Restrictions and Clearance) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 273/2021) is amended —

(a)	by inserting the word “or” at the end of sub‑paragraph (a); and
(b)	by deleting sub‑paragraph (b).
