| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 11 April 2022. |
| Amendment of paragraph 2 |
| 2. Paragraph 2 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 361/2015) is amended by deleting the words “Part II” in sub‑paragraphs (1), (2)(b) and (3)(b) and substituting in each case the words “Part 2”. |
