Professional Engineers
(Amendment) Rules 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61 of the Professional Engineers Act 1991, the Professional Engineers Board, with the approval of the Minister for National Development, makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Professional Engineers (Amendment) Rules 2022 and come into operation on 1 July 2022.

Amendment of rule 30

2. Rule 30(4) of the Professional Engineers Rules (R 1) is amended by deleting the words “in camera” and substituting the words “in private”.
