Notification 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19(1) of the Vulnerable Adults Act 2018, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Vulnerable Adults (Places of Temporary Care and Protection and Places of Safety) (Amendment) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 1 July 2024.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Vulnerable Adults (Places of Temporary Care and Protection and Places of Safety) Notification 2018 (G.N. No. S 833/2018), in the Schedule —

(a)

in Part 1, delete item 11;

(b)

in Part 1, after item 26, insert —
