Entry and Departure, and Rates)
(Amendment) Notification 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Immigration Act 1959, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Notification is the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure, and Rates) (Amendment) Notification 2024 and, except for paragraph 2(b), comes into operation on 27 July 2024.

(2) Paragraph 2(b) comes into operation on 28 July 2024.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. In the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure, and Rates) Notification 2012 (G.N. No. S 627/2012), in the First Schedule, in Part II, in item 1, in the third column —

(a)	replace “9 a.m. to 5 p.m.” with “8 a.m. to 8 p.m.”; and
(b)	replace “8 a.m. to 8 p.m.” with “9 a.m. to 5 p.m.”.
