(Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 6)
Order 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act 2000, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Order is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 6) Order 2024.

(2) Paragraph 2(c) is deemed to have come into operation on 19 February 2024.

(3) Paragraph 2(a) and (b) is deemed to have come into operation on 1 April 2024.

(4) Paragraph 2(d) is deemed to have come into operation on 4 April 2024.

(5) Paragraph 2(e) is deemed to have come into operation on 1 July 2024.

(6) Paragraph 2(f) comes into operation on 1 August 2024.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 361/2015), in the Schedule, in Part 1 —

(a)

in item 20, in the first column, delete “& Nursing Home”;

(b)

in item 20, in the second column, in item (1), delete “& Nursing Home”;

(c)

in item 31, in the second column, after item (4), insert —

“(5) Ren Ci @ Woodlands”;

(d)

in item 38, in the second column, after item (14), insert —

“(15) St. Andrew’s Nursing Home (Aljunied)”;

(e)

in item 38, in the second column, after item (15), insert —
