(Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment No. 10)
Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Deputy Prime Minister, exercising the functions conferred on the Prime Minister, makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment No. 10) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 1 November 2024.
Amendment of Eleventh Schedule
2.  In the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2024 (G.N. No. S 470/2024), in the Eleventh Schedule, under the heading “Subjects”, in item 9 —
(a)in paragraph (18), after “1883”, insert “(as saved under section 46 of the State Lands Protection Act 2022)”; and
(b)after paragraph (18), insert —
“(19)  State Lands Protection Act 2022”.
