In exercise of the powers conferred by section 97A of the Co‑operative Societies Act 1979, the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Co-operative Societies (Exemption of Qualifying School Co-operative Societies under Section 97A) (Revocation) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 1 January 2025.

Revocation

2. Revoke the Co-operative Societies (Exemption of Qualifying School Co‑operative Societies under Section 97A) Order 2014 (G.N. No. S 456/2014).
