In exercise of the powers conferred by section 97 of the Co‑operative Societies Act 1979, the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Co‑operative Societies (Exemption and Modification under Section 97) (Revocation) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 1 January 2025.

Revocation

2. Revoke the Co‑operative Societies (Exemption and Modification under Section 97) Order 2014 (G.N. No. S 457/2014).
